Birthday Wishes

Position the card with the fold at the top. Trim the striped border on tan dots paper to 3/4" (Reserve the remaining 3/4" strip for the inside of the card). Attach the paper to the card front, lining up stripes along the bottom edge. Trim off excess.

Mat "Happy Birthday" border on solid magenta paper, leaving 1/16" border, and attach across the card, 1 1/4" from top. Ink the edges of card.

Apply butterfly Dazzles to magenta "Love" tag and foam tape along the "Happy Birthday" strip. Apply flower a Dazzle to pink vellum and trim around the outer edges. Attach along the "Happy Birthday" strip using a Zot at the center of the flower. Embellish by adding Dazzle swirls to the background paper.

Inside the card: Add strip of solid magenta paper behind the remaining striped strip for a 1/16" matting across the top of the strip. Attach to the bottom of the card inside. Apply a flower Dazzle to solid magenta paper and trim around the outer edges. Attach the "Birthday Wishes" tag to the back of the flower, then attach in the upper corner. Embellish by adding Dazzle swirls to the background.
