With the fold at the top go over the blank white card front with the tape runner, cover with Flowing Ink Patterned Cardstock flush to the fold and one side, then trim off the excess. With a Blender Brush go over edges with Prussian Blue ink pad.
Cut three 1 1/2"x5" strips of silver ripple holographic and foam tape at 1/2", 2 1/2", and 4 1/2" from the left edge. Cut the horizontal whale to 4 ½”x4” and mat on light blue Flowing Ink Solid Cardstock with 1/8” borders. Mat again on dark blue Solid also with 1/8” borders. Wrap twice with tan, blue, and green Jute twine adhering with tape as shown. Make and Zot™️ a 2" Jute bow as shown. Use Extra Sticky Tape to attach to the card. Place "For You" Dazzles™️ in top right corner as shown. Place Dew Drops over the image as shown.
Inside: Cut a 1"x5" strip of the dark blue Solid Cardstock and attach to the left side. Cut a 1"x5" strip of silver ripple holographic and attach to the right side. Trim the vertical whale Little Book page to 3 7/8"x5". Cut 1 1/4" x5" strip of the Flowing Ink patterned cardstock and attach to the right side with the tape runner. Cut a 1/8" strip of silver ripple holographic and glue along the right edge of image. Trim a 1/4"x5” silver holographic strip and glue 1/2" from the right side.
Ink the edges with a blender brush and Prussian Blue ink pad. Place "Happy Birthday" Dazzles™️ and Dew Drops as shown.
