Vase Pop-Up Miss You Card
Designer’s Note: The instructions on the Vase Pop-Up card die package tell you how to attach the vase to the inside left card panel. By turning the vase die-cut around and reversing the directions, you’ll have a card with the vase on the inside right panel!
Instructions:
1. For the card front: Cut 4¾"x6¼" Strawberry Delight all-over berry cardstock and mat it on red cardstock with narrow borders. Glue it centered on the card front. Cut 4¾"x1" Strawberry Delight green patterned cardstock and mat the long edges on black glitter cardstock with ⅛" borders. Place “miss you” and two black thin line Dazzles™ on it as shown, then glue it to the lower front.
2. Cut 4¼"x3¼" Strawberry Delight green patterned cardstock and mat it on black glitter cardstock with ⅛" borders. Die cut the large butterfly from pistachio glitter and black glitter cardstocks, then glue the pistachio butterfly slightly offset on the black one. Glue both to the green cardstock, then foam tape it to the upper front.
3. For the inside: Cut two 4⅜"x5¾" dark pink cardstocks and glue them to the inside, meeting at the center fold. Cut two 4"x5" Strawberry Delight lattice cardstocks with berries along the left edge of the left one. Place black thin line Dazzles™ on both as shown, trimming the excess. Glue the cardstocks to the inside as shown. Place black “sending hugs” Dazzles™ to the left inside panel.
4. Follow the die package directions to die cut the vase and anchor from the Strawberry Delight pink/red dots cardstock and to attach it to the inside, except attaching it on the inside left panel. Place black thin line Dazzles™ near the upper and lower edges of the vase, trimming the excess.
5. Die cut vines from light and dark green cardstocks, then glue them to the right card panel, “growing” up from the vase. Glue several to the vase front as shown. Die cut the three small butterflies from pink glitter and black glitter cardstocks. Glue the pink butterflies to the matching black butterflies, offsetting them slightly, then glue them to the inside as shown. Die cut red cardstock hearts and glue them among the vines, to the left panel, and to the vase front as shown.
