Instructions:
1. For the card front: Cut 4½"x6" Newsprint Florals white roses cardstock with flowers at the upper left and mat it on light green cardstock with ⅛" borders. Wrap sheer swirl ribbon over it, ¾" from the left edge and glue the ends to the back. Glue the cardstock centered on the card front.
2. Cut the “happy birthday” cutout to 3¾"x¾" and mat it on dark green cardstock with ⅛" borders. Foam tape it near the bottom as shown. Make a 4-loop bow with the swirl ribbon, tie the center with thread, then glue it just above the greeting. Color a small chipboard rose with the markers, then glue it to the bow center.
3. For the inside: Cut two 4½"x5½" Newsprint Florals blue floral cardstock with flowers in the upper corners as shown. Ink the edges with Blueberry, then glue both to the inside panels so they meet at the center fold.
4. Follow the die package directions to die cut the vase and anchor from the same blue patterned cardstock and to attach it to the inside as directed. Place sticky tape on the center back of the “today is all about you” die-cut, then attach it to the vase center.
5. Color chipboard roses and a fern with the markers. Glue them to the card and extending from behind the vase top as shown. Cut out the “laugh, smile, be happy” cutout and glue it to the right inside panel as shown.
