Instructions:
1. For the card: Cut 12"x6" white cardstock and place it horizontally. Score it vertically 2", 4", 6", and 8" from the left edge. Accordion-fold the creases, beginning with a mountain fold at the 2" score line and ending with a valley fold at the 8" score line.
2. Cut 1¾" from the left edge of the Romantic Florals green stripe border cardstock, then trim it to 5¾" long. Glue the strip to the front panel. Trim the remainder of that cardstock to 3⅞"x5¾" and glue it centered on the last panel. Cut the Romantic Florals green all-over floral cardstock into three 1¾"x5¾" strips and glue them centered on the remaining three panels.
3. Cut dark green cardstock to 6"x3¾", then fold it in half to 3"x3¾", creating a small card. Cut two 2¾"x3⅝" Romantic Florals pink cardstock and glue one centered on each outer green panel. Place sticky tape along the back outer side edges.
4. Close the large card. Center the small card on the large card, with the fold on the right. Remove the tape lining just from the small card’s front panel and adhere it to just the large card’s front panel. Remove the tape lining from the remaining green panel, tuck that panel under the fourth large card panel and press it in place.
5. Place two border Dazzles™ on the front as shown, trimming the excess. Foam tape the “happy birthday” label die-cut on the front of the small card. Die cut flowers from yellow, burgundy, pink, and blue cardstock and leaf sprigs from green cardstock.
6. Ink the edges of the yellow flowers with Honey Pot, the burgundy and pink flowers with Bordeaux, and the leaf sprigs with Pine Tree. Glue the leaf sprigs and flowers around the label as shown, then glue purple Jewelz in the flower centers
7. For the inside: glue the Romantic Florals “another year wiser” label die-cut to the small card’s inside panel, then glue flowers, leaves, and Jewelz as shown.
8. Place a border Dazzles™ near the right edge of the last panel, trimming the excess. Glue the Romantic Florals “celebrating the magic…” tag centered on the panel. Foam tape the “make a wish” label cutout to the tag, then glue flowers, leaves, and Jewelz around it as shown. Knot a 4" length of dotted sheer ribbon, trim the ends, and glue the knot to the tag’s hole.
