Thinking of You
Card Front: Place card in front of you with fold at the top. Cover with Robin’s Red red patterned paper. Next cut a 4¾"x6¼” white cardstock. Take 2 ¼” butterfly from Butterfly Stamp set and stamp repeated pattern as shown onto white cardstock using VersaMark™ stamp pad. Sprinkle with Kaleidoscope embossing powder, shake off the excess and heat set. Spray with Vibrant Turquoise Dylusions Spray, and pat dry with a paper towel. Let dry. Glue centered onto your card front.
Using Design Tool #5 Circle Scallop to trace and cut out a Robin’s Red red patterned paper Circle Scallop and a Robin’s Red gray dot patterned paper Oval. Glue to the center of the scalloped oval. Use the VersaMark™ stamp refill (if you don’t wish to use this option, you can substitute it with VersaMark™ a stamp pad) to outline the edges of the oval. Sprinkle with a combination of aged teal, sky blue, and a few teal mica flakes. Heat set from underneath so your powders won’t fly away. Glue the oval even with the top and right side as shown.
Stamp 3¾" butterfly onto white cardstock with VersaMark™ stamp pad and sprinkle with sky blue embossing powder, shake off the excess and heat set. Cut out, and glue to upper right side of oval as shown. Place 7/8” piece of Gold Jewel Border Dazzles™ to the center of the butterfly’s body.
Cut a 4”x1½” white cardstock strip. Cut “V” from one end. Stamp Butterfly “Thinking of You” stamp on the right side of the strip. Place Gold Jewel Border Dazzles™ to edges of the strip. Foam tape even with left side and 1 1/8” from the bottom edge.
Card Inside: Stamp Butterfly Border stamp 3/8” from the bottom with VersaMark™ stamp pad and sprinkle with sky blue embossing powder, shake off excess and heat set. Place Gold Jewel Border Dazzles™ across the bottom of the stamped border as shown. Stamp Butterfly “What a Happy Day” stamp centered.
