Special Delivery Thank You Card
For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top. Cover the front with brown cardstock. Cut two 1 5/8"x4¾" Heritage rust floral papers, ink the edges, and glue one near each side, 1/8" from the edge. Cut 2¾"x4¾" Heritage striped paper, ink the edges, and glue centered on the card. Cut 5¾"x2" Heritage dots paper, ink the edges, and mat on brown cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue ½" from the bottom, leaving the top left edge unglued.
Place the 2¼"x1" Dazzles™ label on tan cardstock. Turn it vertically and stamp “handmade” near one end. Turn and stamp “original” near the other end. Cut in half and glue “handmade” under the dots paper at the upper left. Cut 6½"x 5/8" brown cardstock. Punch a 6½" border in Heritage brown/black paper and glue as a mat along the lower long edge of the cardstock. Trim the “original” tab to 1" and glue behind the upper edge of the cardstock strip, 1 5/8" from the left end.
Stamp “special delivery” on tan cardstock, then place the 1 7/8"x½" label Dazzle™ centered over it. Trim the excess, then punch the hole in each end. Thread 3" of 1/8" wide rust grosgrain ribbon through the right end and 9" through the left end. Foam tape the label to the cardstock strip, 1" from the right end, then position the ribbons as shown and glue the ends to the strip back. Glue to the card, ¾" from the bottom. Thread the rust buttons and glue one to each end of the label.
For the inside: Cut 5"x3¼" Heritage rust floral paper, ink the edges, and mat on brown cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue centered on the inside. Punch a 6½" border on Heritage brown/black paper and trim to 7/8" wide. Mat the scalloped edge on tan cardstock with a 1/8" border, then glue across the inside, 1 5/8" from the bottom. Place the 2½" oval label Dazzle™ on tan cardstock, trim the excess, and stamp “thank you” in the center. Punch the holes, then thread 4" of 3/8" wide rust swirls sheer ribbon through each hole. Glue the label and ribbons as shown. Thread the brown buttons and glue to the label ends.
