Red & Yellow Birthday Card
For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top and cover the front with yellow cardstock. Cut 6"x4½" Lemonade Stand red paper and glue centered on the front. Cut 6½"x1 3/8" Lemonade Stand blue floral paper and mat the long edges on yellow cardstock with 1/32" borders. Glue to the front, 1" from the bottom.
Die cut the narrow border from blue cardstock and the doily from yellow cardstock (use the small inner doily for another project). Glue the border to the blue strip near the lower edge. Glue the outer doily to the front, 3/8" from the left edge.
Punch out the green tag die cut, remove the nibs, and tie the ribbon onto it. Foam tape the tag to the doily, angled slightly. Cut out the “happy birthday” banner and glue to the tag as shown. Punch out the flowers and small butterfly die cuts used here and remove the nibs. Glue the blue flower and pink butterfly and foam tape the red flower to the tag as shown. Glue and foam tape the small flowers at the lower right, then place rhinestones as shown.
For the inside: Cut 5½"x4" Lemonade Stand green floral paper and glue centered on the inside. Die cut a yellow cardstock doily and cut 6½"x1 3/8" Lemonade Stand circles paper. Mat the long edges of the circles paper on green cardstock with 1/16" borders. Insert the strip through the doily center, then glue both to the inside as shown.
Cut out the sentiment and glue to the center. Punch out the flower cluster and tan butterfly die cuts and remove the nibs. Foam tape the flowers to the sentiment at the upper left and the butterfly at the lower right. Place rhinestones as shown.
