Gold Roses Triple-Step Card
For the card front: Use the bone folder to crease all the card folds firmly. Place the card face down on the back of a Floral Fantasy striped paper and draw just around the front. Cut out and glue to the card front.
Cut 6"x 5/8" Floral Fantasy gold/black tapestry paper and mat the long edges on cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue to the front, ¼" from the bottom. Cut a ¼" wide strip off one edge of the Dazzles™ sheet, remove the backing, and place on the tapestry strip near the top edge.
Die cut a 2½"x 7/8" label from cardstock. Stamp the matching label image and “something to celebrate” on it with Gold ink. Glue overlapping the strip top, 3/8" from the right edge. Place a Dazzles™ lace border along the top front and trim the excess.
Place a 3 7/8" double rose Dazzles™ on the matching Foiled Fancies image and glue to the front as shown. Place a 7/8" Dazzles™ butterfly on the matching foiled image and glue to the label’s right end. Die cut a small butterfly from black cardstock and stamp the matching image on it with Gold. Foam tape as shown.
Cut 1 7/8"x2 7/8" Floral Fantasy black sparkles paper and glue to the middle step. Place a Dazzles™ lace border on the middle step, along the right edge, and trim the excess.
Cut 1 5/8"x2 7/8" gold/black tapestry paper and glue to the right step. Place a 2½" Dazzles™ flower spray on the matching foiled image and glue to the right step, extending off the upper edge. Place the remaining Dazzles™ on the front and steps as shown.
For the inside: Cut 6"x2 5/8" Floral Fantasy striped paper and mat the long edges on cardstock with 1/16" borders. Cut 6"x½" Floral Fantasy gold/black tapestry paper and mat the long edges on cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue to the striped paper, ¼" from the bottom, then glue both to the inside, 1/8" from the card bottom.
Cut a 1/8" wide strip off one edge of the Dazzles™ sheet, remove the backing, and place on the tapestry strip near the lower edge. Place a 2½"x2" Dazzles™ rose on the matching foiled image and glue near the right edge. Place Dazzles™ “dream big shine bright” on the striped paper as shown.
