Birthday Swing-Up Gift Card Box
For the box: Trace and cut the box pattern from cardstock. Score on the dashed lines and crease all the scores in valley folds. Place tape on the outer surfaces of the four small tabs. Fold up the 5/8" sides and the ends, folding the outer end flaps back in mountain folds. Attach the tabs to the inner side surfaces. Fold the end flaps inward, tucking the side flaps inside and creating the swing up lid halves.
For the top: Cut two 1 7/8"x2 3/8" Nature’s Walk rust floral papers and glue one to each lid panel. Punch out the die cuts shown and remove the nibs. Stamp “just for you” on the right end of the brown label, then center it on the front and glue just the left half to the left lid. Glue the leaves and foam tape the rust and yellow flower die cuts as shown.
Glue a large and a small burlap blossom near the left edge as shown. Make a 4-loop ribbon bow and tie the center with thread. Glue the bow just under the upper edge of the large blossom. Cut the stems of three berries to 1"-1¼" long, then glue extending from under the large blossom. Place pearls as shown.
For the inside: Cut 3¾"x2 5/8" Nature’s Walk yellow burlap paper and glue centered on the inside. Punch out the die cuts shown and remove the nibs. Stamp “happy birthday to you” on the tag, then glue it as shown. Knot the remaining ribbon and glue to the tag top.
Foam tape the rust flower over the tag’s right lower corner and glue a small burlap blossom just left of it. Trim two berry stems to 1" and glue between the flowers. Tuck the gift card in the box, then close it, folding the right lid down first, then the left, and tucking the side flaps inside the box.
