Watercolor Roses Thank You Card
For the card front: Turn the card with the fold at the top. Cut 6 3/8"x4 7/8" Painted Lace teal lace paper and glue centered on the front. Cut 5¼"x3½" watercolor paper, then stamp and emboss the triple rose image on it. Place on the craft sheet and follow the directions above to paint the petals with Fuchsia Color Burst and the leaves with Pthalo Green.
Mat the rose panel on teal cardstock with 1/16" borders, then on white cardstock with 1/8" borders. Wrap 7" of the ¼" wide ribbon across the panel, ½" from the top, and glue the ends to the back. Foam tape the panel to the center front.
Die cut the round tag from the light blue area of the Painted Lace blue corner design paper. Stamp the small solid butterfly shown and “hello” on the tag with Deep Lagoon ink. Mat on teal cardstock with 1/16" borders, then foam tape over the ribbon 1" from the right edge of the roses panel.
Make a 4-loop bow with the remaining ¼" wide ribbon and tie the center with thread. Glue to the tag top. Thread a ½" teal button, then glue it to the bow center. Glue pearls and sequins around the roses as shown.
For the inside: cut 5 5/8"x3½" from the dark blue area of the Painted Lace blue corner design paper, then mat it on teal cardstock with 1/16" borders. Knot one end of the 3/8" ribbon, then wrap and glue the ribbon across the center of the paper with the knot on the left end, gluing the right end to the back. Glue the paper centered on the inside.
Die cut a 2½"x1½" label from the aqua area of the Painted Lace teal corner design paper. Stamp “thank you” on it with Deep Lagoon ink, then mat it on teal cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue over the ribbon, 1¼" from the left card edge.
