Celebrate!
Assemble the 3-D Frame card as per instructions in the pack. Cover the frame with Romantique stripe paper. Glue Romantique green to cover the frame insert. Place the fairy sticker on top of its matching art and cut out. Glue to the center of the frame and place the fairy corners at the corners. Position Scrapbooking Dazzles™ to the frame and the greetings Dazzles™ at the bottom of frame. Zot™ a bow at the bottom of the fairy.
