Triple-Fold Heart Card
For the card: Trace and cut the card base pattern from pink cardstock. Score on the dashed lines. With the center heart placed upright, fold the top heart to the inside. Fold the right heart inward, then fold the left heart over all the layers.
For the front: Trace and cut the front paper pattern from Sweet Life brown dots paper. Cut 4¼"x1¼" Sweet Life striped paper and glue angled across the heart as shown. Trim the excess along the heart edges. Wrap a 5" ribbon across the striped paper and glue the ends to the back. Glue the heart centered on the front.
Place a 2½" Dazzles™ heart on Sweet Life pink mesh paper and cut along the edges. Foam tape it to the front, off-centered as shown. Place a 1" Dazzles™ heart on red mesh paper and cut out. Foam tape the red heart and place a small Dazzles™ heart below it as shown.
Make a 4-loop bow and tie the center with thread. Glue to the first ribbon, overlapping the large heart at the upper right. Glue a flower overlapping the bow center and heart. Place jewel Dazzles™ on the hearts as shown.
For the second panel: Trace and cut the paper pattern for the front from Sweet Life white dotted paper. Glue centered on the second panel. Trace and cut Peggy 1 label from Sweet Life red mesh paper. Mat on black cardstock with 1/16" borders, then place the Dazzles™ sentiment and two tiny hearts on it as shown.
Glue the label centered on the heart. Place a 1" Dazzles™ heart on pink mesh paper, cut out and glue overlapping the label at the lower right. Place the remaining Dazzles™ as shown.
For the third panel: Trace and cut the inside paper pattern from Sweet Life red mesh paper. Cut a 4¼"x1¼" Sweet Life striped paper and glue angled across the panel as shown, trimming the excess. Glue the paper centered on the third panel.
Place the 3 1/8" Dazzles™ heart on Sweet Life pink circles paper and cut out. Glue to the panel center, then place jewel Dazzles™ as shown.
For the inside panel: Trace and cut the inside paper pattern from Sweet Life brown dotted paper. Place the Dazzles™ borders across the center as shown, trimming the excess along the edges. Glue the paper centered on the panel.
Trace and cut the small heart paper pattern from Sweet Life pink mesh paper and mat on black cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue centered on the panel. Place the Dazzles™ as shown.
