Window Birthday Card
For the card front: Turn the card with the fold on the left. Cut 5"x6½" tan cardstock and glue to the front. Cut 4 7/8"x6 3/8" Timeless Treasures brown dotted paper. Wrap a 6" ivory swirl sheer ribbon across the paper 5/8", from the bottom, and glue the ends to the back. Repeat with a 6" brown crepe ribbon, placing it just above the ivory ribbon. Glue the paper centered on the front.
Cut the 4"x4" Foiled Fancies frame and four corners from the sheet, cutting off the connectors. Sand the frame and corners until the raised areas are silver. Use the window pattern shown below to draw the window in the front, placing the top corner ½" from the card’s center top edge. Cut the window using the knife and ruler.
Place foam tape along the outer back edges of the frame, then center it around the window opening and press in place. Tie a 4" ribbon onto each of the first ribbons, placed as shown. Glue the Foiled Fancies corners on the card front corners, then place pearls as shown.
For the inside: Cut 4¾"x6¼" Timeless Treasures ivory tapestry paper and mat on tan cardstock with 1/16" borders. Glue centered on the inside.
Cut 4 7/8"x1 5/8" Timeless Treasures mauve paper and mat the long edges on rust cardstock with 1/16" borders. Wrap a 6" coral ribbon across the center of the strip and glue the ends to the back. Glue the strip to the inside, ¾" from the card bottom.
