Flower Queen Birthday Card

Instructions:

1. For the card front: Place the card with the fold at the top. Cut 6½"x5" Flower Queen white border cardstock with the border along the bottom. Wrap red crepe ribbon over it, 1¼" from the right edge and glue the ends to the back. Glue the cardstock to the card front.

2. Make a 4-loop bow with the same ribbon and tie the center with thread. Glue the bow to the first ribbon,1¼" from the top and foam tape the “happy birthday” tag cutout beside it as shown. Place three pink butterfly Dazzles™ in the “garden area” and one on the tag as shown. Place a large pearl in the bow center and smaller pearls on the butterflies.

3. For the inside: Cut out the black Flower Queen large blank cutout and mat it on light pink cardstock with ⅛" borders. Glue it centered on the inside. Glue the “make today matter” cutout in the center of the empty area, then foam tape the “blessings to you” die-cut overlapping it as shown. Place six gold butterfly Dazzles™ over the inside as shown, then place pearls on the largest of the butterflies.
