Sending Happy Thoughts
Card front: Place your card with the fold on the top and cover with black cardstock. Punch all 4 corners with the corner chomper ½” setting. Glue 4¾"x6¼” Pretty Little Posies red patterned paper centered. Glue 6 1/2”x1” black cardstock 1” from the bottom edge. Glue 6”x1/2” Pretty Little Posies orange patterned paper 5/8” from the bottom edge. Zot™ Black Bling on a Roll across the orange strip.
Using the the Four Seasons Tree cutting die, cut out 19 leaves and a tree from black cardstock and set aside. Then cut 3¾"x3 1/2" Pretty Little Posies yellow patterned paper. Cut and glue 3¾"x2½” Pretty Little Posies orange patterned paper onto the yellow, even with the bottom edge. Cut and glue 3¾”x1¼” Pretty Little Posies red patterned paper onto the orange paper, even with the bottom edge. Punch all 4 corners of with the corner chomper ¼” setting. Mat on 4”x3¾” black cardstock, leaving 1/8” borders. Again, punch all 4 corners with the corner chomper ¼” setting. Randomly swipe glue onto the red patterned paper and add red glitter. Shake off the excess and repeat with orange glitter on the orange paper. Let dry completely. Glue the tree and leaves onto the matted paper as shown. Foam tape to the card front, 3/8” from left and ¼” from the top.
Cut 3¼”x1" Pretty Little Posies yellow patterned paper, and stamp Heartfelt Greetings “Sending Happy Thoughts” in the center. Mat on black cardstock leaving 1/16” borders. Foam tape even with the right edge and 1 3/8” from the bottom. Place Black Pave Crystals on the right side as shown.
Card inside: Cut 2¼”x1¾ ” Pretty Little Posies yellow patterned paper, and stamp Heartfelt Greetings “With Love & Caring” centered. Mat on black cardstock leaving 1/16” border. Glue centered 1 1/8” from top. Glue leaves on the corners as shown. Glue 6”x1/4” Pretty Little Posies yellow patterned paper 1¼” from bottom. Glue 6”x1/2” Pretty Little Posies orange patterned paper below the yellow paper. Glue 6”x1/4” Pretty Little Posies red patterned paper below the orange paper. Glue 6”x1/4” black cardstock below red paper.
