Bordered Red Thinking of You Card
For the card front: Cut 4 7/8"x6 3/8" Buttercup red plaid paper. Place the two ¾" wide gold border engraved Dazzles™ shown on cardstock, positioning the scalloped edges face-to-face and offsetting them to create a 1¼" wide border. Trim the cardstock near the outer edges of the borders.
Place the cardstock strip face down. Place double-sided tape on each long edge. Turn the border face up and attach the tape to two of the narrow border engraved Dazzles™ so they extend ¼" beyond the cardstock edges on each side. Attach the constructed border to the red plaid paper, ¼" from the left edge, and trim the ends even with the paper edges.
Wrap a 6" black crepe ribbon across the paper, 1¼" from the bottom, and glue the ends to the back. Glue the paper centered on the card front. Make a 4-loop bow with the same ribbon and tie the center with thread. Use double-sided tape to attach it to the first ribbon as shown.
Tape a 7/8" paper flower and a leaf to the bow as shown. Place black “thinking of you” Dazzles™ on the front in the upper right corner, then place a gold butterfly Dazzles™ as shown.
For the inside: Cut 4"x2½" Buttercup gray striped paper with the border at the top and mat it on cardstock with 1/8" borders. Glue it to the inside center, 1/8" from the right card edge.
