Pop-Out Frame Birthday Card
For the card front: Cut 4¾"x5 7/8" Joy ride orange paper, then cut it in half to create two 2 3/8"x5 7/8" papers. Glue one paper to each front card panel, aligning the center edges.
Cut 4½"x4½" each of Joy Ride green floral paper and cardstock. Glue the green paper to the cardstock, then die cut a circle from it. Use the glue stick to attach a doily to the die-cut center. Glue the left half of the circle to the left panel, centering the circle on the front.
Place the gold circle engraved frame Dazzles™ in the doily center. Place black “Happy Birthday” Dazzles™ in the doily center with a gold butterfly and a gold engraved butterfly Dazzles™ as shown. Place the matching gold corner engraved Dazzles™ in the card front corners as shown. (The right front panel will be finished last.)
For the inside: Open the card, remove the center strip, and fold the center crease as described on the packaging. Cut two 2¼"x5¾" Joy Ride green floral papers. Glue one centered on each inside center panel. Turn the card over and use the craft knife and ruler to trim away the excess paper in the center slot. Also cut through the paper in the slits at the slot top and bottom.
Punch out the heart die-cut and cover the front with Joy ride red text paper. Glue a doily centered on the heart, allowing the edges to extend off the heart sides as shown. Let the glue dry, then trim any excess extending beyond the heart edge just at the center top.
Place a gold circle engraved frame Dazzles™ in the doily center. Place black “celebrate&rdquo,; a black butterfly, and a gold engraved butterfly Dazzles™ as shown. Follow the package instructions to insert the heart into the slits. Place the gold engraved corner Dazzles™ on the inside as shown.
