Cut the center circle from the Steampunk clock paper and distress all edges well, tearing in some places, as shown. Glue centered over teal gear paper with brown web ribbon running under the left side and coming out of the circle, as shown. Use the cosmetic wedge to pounce paint lightly at the upper left and lower right areas of the paper. Let dry. Glue stitched ribbon 2” from the bottom. Glue a distressed rectangle of clock tile paper at the upper left and sponge StazOn® ink across it.
Sand the edges of a 5”x7” photo, mat on suede with a 1/8” border, then on brown gear paper with a ¼” border. Distress and place as shown, with the bottom tucked under the edges of the cut circle.
