Simply Joys
Mat 4 ½”x6” dark blue Magnolia Blossoms Cardstock on Midnight Black Mirri with 1/8” borders. Tape to the center of a card. On a crafty mat, press the charcoal ink pad onto it, squirt some of the sparkle pen on top of the ink and move a doily over until saturated. Repeat with four doilies. Once dry gently curl up one of the sides of the doily with a bone folder. Tape a double off set layer to the card 1” from the bottom right and up to the left edges.
Mat the Little Book page onto Midnight Black Mirri leaving a 1/8" black border. Foam tape at an angle as shown. Place the three outline acetate butterflies on the clear glitter sheets (sticky side up) and trim to fit. Bow the wings from the center with a bone folder. Zot™ onto the card as shown. Place a fairy Dazzles™️ in the center of the butterflies and place a black jewel Dazzles™️ in the center of the fairy. Place the "simple joys" Dazzles™️ on the bottom right corner. Make and Zot™️ a 2" black bow above it. Add black Jewel Dazzles™️ as shown.
Cover the inside of card with the tape runner, press same cardstock sheet from the front flush to the fold and one side, turn over and trim off the excess. Do the same process for coloring two doilies as done on the front but use the Powder Blue and Prussian Blue Prism ink pads along with the sparkle pen, let dry.
Trim the top and bottom borders off the Little Book page. Mat the Little Book page to the green cardstock from the Magnolia Solid leaving 1/8” borders. Mat again on Midnight Black Mirri with 1/8” borders. Place extra sticky tape on the back but leave the backing on for now. Place the bottom third of the doily onto the tape then expose the rest of the adhesive and place the piece flush to the bottom. Crease and bunch the doilies over top of the image as shown. Place jewel acetate butterflies onto clear glitter sheets sticky side up and trim. Place as shown doubling the top one. Add fairy Dazzles™️ to the centers and black Jewel Dazzles™️ in the center of the fairies. Place Tiny Words Dazzles™️ as shown and add black Jewel Dazzles™️ as shown.
