Life’s too Short
Card Front: Start with the card fold on the left and over with black cardstock. Glue 4¾”x6¼” Grapefruit multi colored patterned paper centered. Remove a tag from the Tag Pad, and cut 6¼” from the top. Color the edges of the tag with bubblegum, and tangerine Gelatos then blend in a circular motion with wet wipe and let dry. Ink the edges with Black ink. Glue ¼” from the left edge and even with the bottom. Using 3 Lacy Labels cutting die, cut two large frames from black cardstock, save the middle section as well and set aside. Using the Bodacious Blooms cutting die, cut three small flowers from Grapefruit pink patterned paper, and one from Grapefruit orange patterned paper. Ink the flower petal edges with a cosmetic sponge and Black ink. Curl flower petals, and add Black Pave Crystals to the center, and set aside.
Doll: Take white cardstock and color a 2” area horizontally with bubblegum Gelato. Color a 2” area right below the bubblegum area with tangerine Gelato, letting the colors meet in the center. Blend together with a wet wipe. (You can add more color if you want more vibrant colors). Let dry. Stamp the doll dress, and shoes onto colored background and cut out. Ink the top and bottom of the dress with Black ink and set aside. Stamp the doll onto white cardstock and color with Spectrum Noir Pens (Skin: FS4, FS7 / Blush: PP2 / Hair: TN1, LY2, and bubblegum Gelato). Cut out the doll. Holding the dress on top of the doll body, cut the doll horizontally ¼” from the bottom of skirt. Set dress aside. Cut the doll head off at the neck. Glue doll’s upper body centered 1½” from the top of the tag, and foam tape the doll’s head onto the neck. Foam tape the dress onto the doll’s body.
Glue lacy frame around the doll. Cut and place Rhinestone Allure Swirl as shown. Zot Grapefruit black glimmer ribbon horizontally ¼” from bottom. Glue inside of lacy frame horizontally to bottom right corner of card ¼” from bottom. Cut 3”x1¼” white cardstock and stamp Smart and Sassy Sayings “Life’s too Short,” stamp onto the left side of the cardstock. Mat onto Grapefruit pink patterned paper leaving a 1/8” border. Glue even with the right side, and ¾” from the bottom. Zot™ pink and orange flowers as shown.

Glue onto 4”x4 ½” black cardstock centered and even with the top. Glue centered. Glue doll legs centered and even with the top of the tag. Glue the dress on, and the back shoe. Foam tape the front shoe. Glue the lacy frame around the doll. Cut and place Rhinestone Allure Swirl as shown. Zot™ pink flower to the bottom right corner. Stamp Smart and Sassy Sayings “Buy the Shoes!” stamp centered on the bottom.
