Keep Looking Beautiful Card
Open your card and place face down on your cutting mat with the fold line vertical. Cover front with black suede, gluing only at corners. Using X-acto® knife, cut a 3 1/2”x5”opening in front only, with 3/4” borders remaining (save cardstock cutout for step 2). Cut a 4 1/2”x6” acetate and slide between suede and card front to cover opening. Glue down edges of suede and acetate.
Close card and place with fold on the left. Mat the “Keep Looking Beautiful” title sticker on suede with 1/16” border, and center on the window. Cut out two sets of the letters “AGELESS” from alphabet paper and put one set aside. Mat one set on saved cardstock with 1/16” borders. Foam tape down left side and around bottom corner of window. Place 5”x 3/4” zigzag paper at an angle, 2” from corner and trim ends. Mat the “Gorgeous Dame” puffy word on white with 1/16” border. Place straight thin line Dazzles™ around word and foam tape to zigzag strip. Place zigzag rhinestone on upper right corner.
For the inside: Place saved “AGELESS” cut outs on left side of card, directly over the foam taped letters seen through the window. Place 5”x6” yellow mesh paper on right side of card. Cut two 5”x1/2” black mesh papers and place at top and bottom edges. Place wavy thin line Dazzles™ 1 1/8” from top and bottom edges and 1” from right and left edges of card. Place 2 1/2”x3 1/2” black mesh paper in center. Journal “Birthdays Look Good On You!” on 2”x3” yellow. Ink edges, place Dazzles™ 1/8” from edges and foam tape over center. Mat yellow zigzag rhinestone on black suede with 1/8” border and place on text box corner.
