Grove Double Display Card

Instructions:

1. For the card: With the card’s fold on the left, bring the right front edge back to align with the fold and crease it. Repeat on the card back, then unfold both new creases. Place the card with the center fold on the left. Cut two 2¼"x6¼" Grove green/blue flowered cardstocks and ink the edges. Glue one centered on each front panel. Place gold thin line Dazzles™ near the upper and lower edges of each panel as shown, trimming the excess.

2. For the inside: Cut two darker green and two lighter green 2¼"x6¼" cardstocks and ink all the edges. Glue the darker cardstocks to the two inner panels and the lighter cardstocks centered on the outer panels. Transfer various rub-ons to all the panels, concentrating on the upper and lower 1½" on the panels. Place gold thin line Dazzles™ near the upper and lower edges of the panels, trimming the excess.

3. Cut 7"x4" white cardstock and fold it in half. Cut two 3¼"x3¾" Grove horizontal flower garden cardstocks and ink the edges. Place gold thin line Dazzles™ near the upper and lower edges, trimming the excess. Glue the cardstocks centered on the inside panels of this small card.

4. Place gold “thank you” Dazzles™ on the right inside panel as shown. Glue two leaf branch laser cuts to the left inside panel and one to the right as shown. Foam tape two butterfly laser cuts to the left panel and two dragonfly laser cuts to the right panel.

5. Close the small card and place sticky tape on the front and back panels near the outer side edges and 1½" in from the sides. With the large card open, attach the back of the small card to the right inside panel ⅝" from the right edge. Close the large card over the small card to attach the small card’s front to the inside front panel.

6. For the bellyband: Cut 11"x1½" white cardstock. Place the closed card in the center of the strip, then bring the ends of the strip loosely around the card, overlapping them in the front. Use sticky tape to secure the strip, then remove it from the card. Cut two 4⅞"x1⅜" Grove green cardstocks and glue one centered on the band front and one centered on the back.

7. Use sticky tape to attach a 5" acetate branch across the front of the band. Place gold “hello” Dazzles™ on the band as shown. Bend the wings of a 1" acetate butterfly upward, then attach it to the right of the greeting. Foam tape the larger butterfly to the branch as shown.
