Take the time to laugh
Paint the back, spine, edges, and 3” of the left front portion of the album with the aqua paint and let dry. Cover 7 ¾” from the right edge of the front of the album with brown/aqua circles paper, trimming edges evenly with the album. Ink the edges of a 1”x 8 ¾” pink dotted strip and glue vertically to the front of the album, 1/8” from the left edge of the brown/aqua paper. Ink edges of the album.
Trim a photo to fit beneath the aqua frame and glue in place. Glue the frame to the album, 1 ¼” from the top and right edge. Glue striped ribbon across the brown/aqua portion of the album, 1 1/8” from the bottom. Tie a bow at the center of the cream/black dotted ribbon and glue across the left side of the album over the holes.
Paint the chipboard number “2” and let dry, then ink the edges. Gather the die cut pieces and chipboard letters and number you will be using. Ink the edges of the pieces or paint them aqua. Let dry, then layer the pieces as shown, adding ribbon as desired and glue or foam tape to the album.
Foam tape a pink rose die cut to the large dotted rectangle die cut. Zot™ a pink flower overlapping the metal frame. Foam tape a die cut clock face over the center of the flower. Add mini brad to the hole in the bird die cut and glue as shown. Write or computer print names on die cut lined rectangle and ink the edges. Add ribbon across the top and tuck the edge beneath the metal frame. Replace posts at side of album.
