Place your card with the fold on the left. Cover with suede. Cut two 3” squares of blue marble paper. Cut two 3” squares of dark blue texture paper. Use stencil tape on upper and right edges of squares to place on craft sheet, leaving several inches between squares.
Use tape on lower and left edges of 6-point snowflake stencil to place over the lower left corner of a square, with only 2 points on the square. Use the squeegee to spread a small dab of spackle across the stencil, from the center of the snowflake out towards the points. Be sure to fill all the open areas of the stencil. Carefully lift the stencil, rinse with water and pat dry. Repeat for each square. Let the spackled images dry.
Cut 1” from upper and right edges of each square to form 2” squares. Use the dry brush to dust perfect pearl on each spackled snowflake. Mat each on white cardstock with 1/16” border. Cut a 4 1/2” square of black glimmer paper and foam tape squares with 1/16” border around each. Place 1/4” from lower and side edges of card.
Cut two 1 3/4”x1” suede papers and cut inverted “V” at one end of each. Mat on black, then white with 1/16” borders. Place a 2” length of ribbon with “V” cut ends on each “V” cut strip (as shown) and foam tape 1/4” from top edge (leaving a 1” gap at the center). Cut 3”x1” suede and mat on black, then white with 1/16” borders on top and bottom edges and Zot™ on a 3” length of ribbon with “Let it Snow” at center. Score and fold under 1/2” at each end and Zot™ folded ends over gap, allowing the center to bow upwards.
For the inside: Cut a 5”x1/1/8” dark blue texture paper and mat on white with 1/8” borders on upper and lower edges, then on black with 1/16” borders, then on suede with 1/4” borders. Place 1” from upper edge. Place a “Season’s Greetings” Dazzle on strip. Tie a knot in a 5” length of ribbon and Zot™ above greeting.
