Butterflies
Card front: Place card with the fold at the top. Cover with black cardstock. Glue 4½”x6 1/2” Fresh Cut red and green scroll paper centered. Trace and cut Bracket Label “B” from the Design Tool Kit onto red cardstock. Glue centered on the card front. Then take Bracket Label “B” from the 2nd Design Tool Kit template and cut the template along the blue line. Using the trimmed template, trace and cut Fresh Cut flower border paper as shown. Glue centered on the red cardstock.
Cut 4”x4” white cardstock. Using Evergreen Bough, Festive Berries and Black Soot inks and mix with the Blending Tool until you reach desired colors. Apply a light coat of Crystal Lacquer then sprinkle with Crystal Micro Fine Glitter and let dry. Place the large and small Gold Butterfly Dazzles™ onto the glittered cardstock and trim the edges. Glue to the card front as shown. Cut and color the butterfly bodies with black pen. Glue them on the Butterfly Dazzles™ as shown. Cut and place “Sending you” from the Big Greetings Dazzles™ and glue to the left of the card as shown.
Inside: Glue 2 3/4”x4 1/4” Fresh Cut teal flower border paper onto 4½”x3 1/4” black cardstock and glue flush with the right side, 1/2” from the top. Cut out the red flower, cut it in half, then glue to the top and bottom of the black cardstock. Place “a Big Hug” Dazzles™ and small Gold Butterfly Dazzles™ as shown. Apply borders from the Gold Butterfly Dazzles™ as shown.
Black Marker
