Let's Celebrate You Card

Debbie covered her 5”x6.5” card with Blue Persuasion Cardstock. She glued 4.75”x6.25” Blue Persuasion Paper in the center. She die cut the Background from two Persuasion Cardstocks, overlapped them, glued them to a third Persuasion Cardstock and onto the card. She matted two Persuasion cut-outs on Cardstock then glued and foam taped them in place. Silver Jewel Dazzles™ stickers and a Glimmer Ribbon Set bow finished the card.
