Cover the curved flaps of the pinwheel with yellow squares and dots paper, trimming the edges evenly. Cover the two side flaps (with part curved, part straight edge) with green textured paper.
Trim the blue textured paper from the dotted border on the sheet. Punch a baby's breath image on the blue paper. After the first cut, align the punched paper with the raised green design guide labeled 6" circle. Replace the punch and press the lever. Continue rotating the paper to the RIGHT, aligning with the design guide for 3 punches total. Place the curved design centered on the edge of a yellow pinwheel flap and glue to the flap. Trim edges evenly. Repeat for the second yellow flap.
Trim a strip of the dotted border (with a row of yellow dots and a row of green dots) and glue even with the fold of each flap with the blue punched border. Trim the ends evenly. Cut a 1 1/2" x 3/4" yellow rectangle, then trim the ends at an angle to create a tag shape. Write or computer print "thanks!" on the tag, then mat on blue paper. Glue to the left green flap as shown. Zot a ribbon to the end of the tag. Zot three flowers with brads to the right green flap as shown.
Cut a 5 3/8" yellow square and write or computer print greeting on the center. Glue centered to the inside. Zot a flower and brad as shown.
