Birthday Wiper Pop-Up Card

Instructions:

1. For the card: Die cut the Wiper card base from light blue solid cardstock and the card front from medium blue solid cardstock. Die cut the pop-up card from Tulips & Butterflies yellow/pink patterned cardstock. Crease all the scores as directed on the die packaging.

2. Cut 4⅝"x4â…›" Tulips & Butterflies blue patterned cardstock and glue it centered on the largest panel of the card base. Cut â…ž"x4â…›" and 1â…›"x4â…›" Tulips & Butterflies blue patterned cardstocks and glue them centered on the remaining two card base panels. Place silver thin line Dazzles™ near the upper edge of each panel, trimming the excess.

3. Cut 4⅝"x1â…ž" Tulips & Butterflies blue border cardstock with tulips along the bottom and glue it centered on the card front's largest panel. Cut 1â…›"x1â…ž" and â…ž"x1â…ž" Tulips & Butterflies border cardstocks with tulips along the bottom and glue them centered on the remaining card front panels. Place silver thin line Dazzles™ near the bottom edges of each panel, trimming the excess.

4. Tie 6" of light blue dotted ribbon to the pop-up and trim the ends. Glue the Tulips & Butterflies green oval cutout and foam tape the "happy birthday" cut out on the pop-up as shown. Place two silver thin line Dazzles™ near the scalloped edge, trimming the excess. Follow the die package directions to assemble the card with the sticky tape.

5. Glue the Tulips & Butterflies green blank label cutout near the right end of the card front and foam tape the "celebrate all day" cutout on it as shown. Place jewel butterfly Dazzles™ over the card as shown, then decorate each with jewel Dazzles™.
