How come no directions were included?
Note From Store Owner: Two of our designers do include written directions—Teresa and Heidi. But the other three—LeNae, Debbie and Sara—do not. Instead they feel they give directions within the webisodes. Often, it takes a long or longer to write out directions as it does to create the projects. With 20 webisodes a month, not having written directions for all of them was the only way we could offer so many webisodes. I hope this explains the differences.
