Cut 5 1/2”x11” gray Matt-Tastic and score in half to make a 5 1/2” card base. Select the timepiece image from the Little Book. Before matting on black Matt-Tastic, first do some foiling on an oval doily, two large, two small, and one medium flower. Place the front long half of a doily on a Sticky Specks sheet. Lift off and position it sticky side down on the Rose foil and burnish then lift to remove. It now has a beautiful petit point effect in the foil. Cut two 3” pieces of the foiled doily and wrap each around a corner as shown and glue to the back of the timepiece sheet. Mat on black Matt-Tastic leaving a 1/8” black border. Glue to the card.
Generously cover the flower fronts with glue stick and really press into the foil. Leave the flowers on the foil for at least 10 minutes gently pressing the petals to get good contact.
Cut out the sentiments from the cutout page and mat on black Matt-Tastic. Tuck the “Tis the season…” and “Wishing you a very” sentiments into the bottom left corner doily pocket as shown. Make a small collage using the foiled flowers and Zot™ a button on this pocket. Glue a small and large foiled flower to the top right pocket. Zot™ a 2” wide double black bow to the timepiece and tuck the “To someone Special“ tag under the bow and glue a small foiled flower as shown.
