On your mat make a pool of water and glue about 50/50. Cover the chipboard with this solution using a wide paintbrush. Place rice paper on top and trim out to fit but can drape over sides a little. Go over with brush and glue mixture again and over the edge to secure any hanging pieces. When dry go over edges with Gold ink pad.
