Paint the binder spine green and let dry. Cover the front of the binder using the green leaf border paper with the border along the spine edge. (tip: I like to apply glue stick to the cover of the binder, place paper over the cover and then use a craft knife to trim around the binder edges.) Cover the back of the binder with remaining tan paper. Stamp “Ideas” at the top right corner.
Place the DicroFibers™ between the pressing parchment, measuring 14”x 4” and lightly press. Glue the fiber sheet to the binder center, wrapping the ends around to the inside front and back and glue in place. Glue 2 ½” wide strips of gold glimmer paper to the inside covers, covering the fiber ends and keeping them secure. Trim the excess glimmer with a craft knife.
Glue 2 square leaf cut outs over the fiber on the front cover. Foam tape another square on point between the first 2. Cut leaves from the remaining leaf border paper and foam tape to the binder border.
