Cut 4 ¾”x6 ¼” light green Matt-tastic and glue to the card leaving a 1/16” white border. Cut 4 ¼”x5 ¾” green snowflakes insert the mat on dark green Matt-tastic with 1/8” borders. Wrap white 1/8” ribbon around opposite corners as shown and Zot™ small bows to each. Glue to the card. Select the large oval topper and foam tape the outer oval to the card and foam tape the center section of topper in the middle of the card. Foam tape the topper greeting and place Diamond Sparkles as shown.
