Elegant Christmas Notes Book
Cut a 61/8”x12” red cardstock.
Measure 4” from each end and make a mark. Score every 1/2” between the marks making 9 score lines using your ruler and stylus or bone folder (you can also use the dull side of an X-acto® knife).
Accordion fold the score lines beginning with a valley fold. Fold the book closed.
Glue the reindeer Christmas note to the front leaving a 1/18” red border along the fold. Cut along the edges leaving a 1/8” red border.
Open the book and glue another reindeer Christmas note to the inside back cover, 1/8” from the fold. Cut around the edge leaving a 1/8” red border.
Cut along the folded areas to make the center even with the front and back covers.
Stack three small poinsettias and attach with the mini brad. Zot™ or foam tape to the cover. Place a 3-D snowflake in the center with a jewel Dazzles™ on top.
Stamp Season’s Greetings in green on the cover.
Each Christmas note will be glued to the left side of the accordion folds in the book.
Each page as a green stamped image, 3-D Dazzles™ and jewel Dazzles™ as shown. Add photos as you like.
On some pages a tree or present stitched Dazzles™ is placed on Vintage Christmas green paper, cut next to the Dazzles™ edge and glued to the page. A stitched Dazzles™ border is placed on the inside front page next to the fold.
Finish each page as shown. Close the book and loosely wrap a striped ribbon around the book and tie a bow.
