Border: Cut the card into a 5” square and place the fold at the side. Punch a row of 6 scallops from black cardstock and 7 from swirl vellum. Glue the vellum over the black with the scallops staggered. Glue the scallop border along the right edge of the card and trim even with the card edges. Glue a ½”x 5” length of black cardstock over the vellum scallops to cover the exposed glue.
Cover the card front with foil paper. Glue a length of pink rose ribbon to the left of the scalloped border.
Punch a 3” circle from white cardstock. Stamp the greeting below with a teacup near the top. Stamp the cup onto pink cardstock and cut out only the cup and saucer and foam tape over the first stamped image. Adhere a clear crystal to the spoon handle. Mat the punched circle with pink cardstock, leaving a 1/16” wide border. Mat with a punched vellum scallop and glue to the card front.
Inside: Punch 2 spoons along the outside edge of the card inside back. Adhere crystals to the handles. Stamp “Fancy a cuppa?” at the center with a butterfly to the left. Color the butterfly wings pink and adhere a crystal to the center.
