Seasonal Splendor Congratulations Card
For the card front: Place a card with the fold at the top. Cut 8½"x3½" Seasonal Splendor burgundy floral cardstock with the flowers at the lower left and ink the edges. Wrap a 4½" length of burgundy crepe ribbon over the cardstock, 1" from the left end, and glue the ends to the back. Glue the paper to the card front.
Cut out the “congratulations” banner and foam tape it across the front near the card bottom. Make a 4-loop bow with the crepe ribbon and tie the center with thread. Glue the bow to the first ribbon, overlapping the left end of the banner.
Trim a leaf stem to 2½", then glue it extending from under the bow and above the banner. Lightly brush a 1½" and a 1" blossom with ink, then glue both as shown.
