Birthday Cheers

Cut a 10"x6 1/2" gold stars holographic and score at 5". Go over crease with a bone folder. This will be the card base.

Select a full "Birthday Cheers" page from the Little Book of Birthdays and tape onto a 6"x4 1/4" piece of black cardstock. Paint over the border beverages with Crystal Lacquer and let dry. Using the third, fourth, and fifth dies from the rectangular and scalloped cutting die set, die-cut out of three more pages of the same design in the centers. Mat these onto black cardstock leaving a 1/16" black border. Matching up the letters up in the centers of each piece attach with foam tape on top of each other. Wrap a 5 1/2" strip of the black grosgrain around base layer 1/4" from the bottom and tape to the back. Make and Zot™️ a 2 1/2" black bow in the center of the ribbon. Loop a 4" piece of smaller black ribbon and glue to the canter of top card layer. Glue two pacific florets to the center of looped ribbon. Place glue on the ends of the leaves and tuck below florets as shown. Zot™️ a 2" black bow 1 1/4" from the top. Place gold studs to the top corners of the bottom card layer. Foam tape constructed piece 1/4" from top and bottom. Place black Thin Line Dazzles™️ around entire card base.

Cover the inside of the card with glue, lay black cardstock up to the fold and one side, press down, turn over and trim off the excess paper. Go around outer edges with gold Thin Line Dazzles™️. Cut a 6"x4 1/4" piece of the stars holographic and tape to the center of card base 1/4" from top and bottom. Tape "Have a Blast" page and surround with gold Thin Line Dazzles™️. Make and Zot™️ a 2" gold bow in the top left corner. Place a gold stud in the fireworks as shown.
