Thinking of You card
Place the card on the fold. Cover with purple patterned paper. Sand the edges to expose the white background for a distressed look. Cut a 1 ¾” x 6 ¼” rectangle of green striped paper. Distress the left edge by making small tears in the paper. Glue the rectangle ¼” from the left side of the fold. Mat a 2 ½” x 5 ¾” rectangle of green floral paper with white cardstock, leaving a 1/8” wide border. Glue to the left side of the card, ¾” from the fold.
Secure a lavender flower Mini Brad Buddie™ to the purple flower border cut-out and glue across the card, 5/8” from the bottom edge. Adhere a purple crystal to the center.
Cut the adhesive sheet into a 2 ¾” x 3 ½” rectangle and adhere to white cardstock, leaving a 1/32”-1/8” border. Adhere the butterfly to the center at an angle. Sprinkle with purple glitter and use fingertips to rub glitter into the adhesive. Tap off the excess glitter and use the craft knife to scrape adhesive and glitter from the white cardstock to add a distressed look.
Use the craft knife to cut around the butterfly wings. Glue the glittered rectangle to the card front, making sure not to get glue under the wings. Place layers of foam tape under the wings to make them life. Adhere the “Thinking of You” Dazzles™ sticker to the top of the card. Replace the “i” with a purple crystal sticker.
Inside the card: Glue a 4 ¼” x 1 ½” rectangle of green stripe paper across the top of the card. Glue a 2” length from the remaining border cut-out to the left end. Adhere “Just Because” Dazzle™ over the green stripe and secure a lavender flower Mini Brad Buddie™ to the lower right edge.
