Christmas Cheer Card
Card front: Place your card with the fold on the top. Trim the card to 5 3/4"x4 3/4". Cover the top 2 inches with Christmas Cheer red dot paper. Place the "Christmas Cheer" banner Dazzles™ on Christmas Cheer green dot paper and cut around the Dazzles™ edge. Glue centered on the red dot paper. Cut a 1/8" strip of gold Shimmer Sheetz and glue across the top of the card. Cut three thin (3/16") strips of silver pearl material from the edge of the Dazzles™ sheets. Place one along the top just under the gold strip. Place another 1 1/4" from the top.
Emboss two 5 3/4"x2 1/2" pieces of Gold Metallic Shimmer Sheetz in the Lacy Border embossing folder (place on the lace part) and trim one of them to 2" wide along the lace border. Cut a piece of Kool Tak adhesive to fit the embossed piece. Apply adhesive to the piece and glue to the card just under the lower silver strip. Place the third silver strip just under the embossed piece. Place a narrow border Dazzles™ across the middle of the embossed piece. Place five snowflakes Dazzles™ on red dot paper and cut around each one, leaving a 1/16” border. Foam tape these evenly spaced over the silver Dazzle border as shown. Trim the front card flap flush with the bottom silver strip.
For the inside: Cover the inside with Christmas Cheer cream paper. Glue a 3/4" wide strip of Christmas Cheer green diamonds paper across the bottom edge. Place a striped border Dazzles™ onto red dot paper and trim close to the Dazzles™ edge. Glue along bottom edge. Place a narrow strip of silver along the top of the green strip. Place "Be Merry" onto red pattern paper and cut a rectangle around. Mat on green with a 1/8" border and glue to card centered, 2 1/4" from the top. Take the second gold embossed piece and trim closely around the lace edge. Use the same adhesive technique to glue it to the top along the fold. Add 4 snowflake Dazzles™ around the sentiment as shown.
