Birthday Wishes

With the fold on the left, remove 3" from the right edge of the card leaving a 2" flap on the left side. Cut 1 7/8"x6 1/4" Gold Mirri and glue to the flap leaving 1/8" white borders. Cut 1 5/8"x6 1/8" seascape Brilliant Backgrounds paper and glue to the Gold Mirri leaving 1/8" gold borders. Construct the Golden Retriever Decoupage Topper with foam tape and glue 1/2" from bottom gluing only the left side onto the flap.

Inside: Glue 4 3/4"x6 1/4" Gold Mirri to the card base leaving 1/8" white borders. Glue 

4 1/2"x6" seascape Brilliant Background paper onto Gold Mirri leaving 1/8" gold borders. Foam tape "Birthday Wishes" Topper in top right corner. Make and Zot™ a 2" wide bow above the Topper. Place Dew Drops on the card front and inside as shown.
