Happy Birthday Transparency Card
Cover the card front with striped paper and ink the edges with Aged Mahogany.
Color the botanical with Dark Brown and Ochre Marvy Markers, spritz lightly with water and stamp on the rough side of the transparency sheet. Let dry before handling. Cut to 4 ½” x3 ½”. Cut a piece of tan paper the same size as the transparency sheet and ink the edges with Aged Mahogany. Mat onto blue texture paper.
Layer the transparency on top of the tan and blue piece and punch two holes on the left side. Thread green ribbon through the holes and tie in a bow. Glue the piece to the top of the card front.
Stamp “Happy Birthday” with Black Staz-On onto a 1”x2 ¾” piece of tan paper and ink the edges with Aged Mahogany. Glue to the bottom right of the card.
For the card inside: Cut a 3 ½”x5” piece of blue paper and ink the edges with Aged Mahogany. Glue inside the card. Layer an inked ¾”-wide strip of striped paper on top. Stamp “warm wishes” on transparency and attach to tan paper with green ribbon as before.
