Cover the card front with purple paper. Cut a 3 1/4"square of blue flower paper and mat with the purple paper. Foam tape th the top of the card front.

Place the Dazzles™ on blue and purple paper and trim around the edges. Layer with foam tape, alternating the colors. Fold a envelope and glue at an angle over the mat, them place the focal over the envelope, as shown. Place a border on purple and trim around the edges. Glue to a strip of white sheer ribbon and attach vertically just behind the leaves of the Dazzle™. Zot a ribbon bow to the top.

Place the greeting on a blue tag and mat with purple. Use the floss to hang the tag from the focal.

Inside the card: Cut a 1 1/2" strip of purpl and a 2 1/2"x3 1/2" piece of blue and attach to the inside back as shown. Stack the Dazzles&trade,; backed with blue and purple to the blue mat. Back a border piece with blue trim and glue over a length of sheer ribbon. Zot a bow to the top. Attach the greeting above the blue mat.
