Happy New Year Snowflake Card

Cover the card front with light blue snowflakes paper. Cut a 3 ¼" strip of dark blue weave paper and mat with the light blue patterned paper, leaving 3/4" on the left and 1/4" on the right. Attach to the card front, as shown.

Place the large snowflake Dazzle™ on the weave paper and a border sticker on the left edge. Place the smaller snowflake dazzles on silver and light blue paper and cut around the edges. Layer over the large snowflake with foam tape and top with a blue brad.

Use the transfer sheet to place the greeting in the upper right corner and other snowflakes around the focal, as shown.

Inside the card: Cover the inside with light blue patterned paper. Attach a silver brad to the top of a tag and add snowflake dazzles and a snowflake brad to the tag, with brad in the centers. Attach to the top right corner, as shown.
