Glittered Wreath Christmas Card
From the CD, copy and size “‘Tis the season” phrase to 1¾" wide and print on ivory cardstock. Trim to 3 5/8"x1 3/8", positioning the greeting on the right end. Copy and size “Merry Christmas” phrase to 3 1/8" wide. Print on ivory cardstock and trim. Mat both on red cardstock with 1/16" borders.
For the card front: Turn the card with the fold on the left and cover the front with red cardstock, leaving the lower half unglued. Cut 4¾"x6¼" Christmas plaid paper and glue centered on the red. Cut 3"x4¼" Christmas green paisley paper and glue to the card, 3/8" from the left edge. Knot one end of a 4" ribbon and glue to the green paper, 1¼" from the lower right corner. Wrap and glue the end under the lower right cardstock edge. Secure the cardstock to the card.
Glue the greeting to the card, 2 1/8" from the upper edge. Cut a 1/16" wide strip off one end of the red Dazzles™ background and place below the greeting as shown. Trim the excess. Place a Dazzles™ wreath and two holly sprigs on Christmas light green paper. Sprinkle peridot glitter onto the Dazzles&trade,; tap off the excess, and cut out the pieces. Repeat with the bow, placing it on Christmas red silk paper and using ruby glitter. Glue the pieces to the card as shown, then place jewel Dazzles™ as berries.
For the inside: Cut 5"x3½" Christmas light green border paper, placing the border on the right. Mat the long edges on red cardstock with 1/8" borders, then glue the lower half to the inside as shown. Cut, place, and trim another 1/16" wide red Dazzles™ strip along the bottom of the sentiment, then glue to the inside as shown. Knot and glue a ribbon at the upper left as shown. Secure the upper half of the green paper to the card. Make a glittered large and small wreath with bows as before. Glue the wreaths and place jewel Dazzles™ as shown.
