Merry Christmas chalked card

Place a sheet of white vellum on the inside of the "Merry Christmas" laser card, anchoring with sticky notes as needed. Apply the cream chalks through the open areas of the laser card, using red for the poinsettia petals and letters, yellow gold for the flower centers, and green for the leaves, stems, and lines forming the circle. Completely rub in the chalk, working it well into the tiny areas. Place white scrap paper or cardstock over the finished design and lightly press over the paper to remove any excess cream chalk. Repeat if needed with clean paper until no more chalk comes off onto the paper.

Trim the vellum chalked image to a 3 1/2" square. Mat on red poinsettia paper, leaving a 1/8" border. Mat on white, leaving a 1/16" border. Cut the card to a 5" square. With the fold at the top, glue a 4 7/8" green/red holly paper square centered on the card front. Glue the matted vellum square to the center of the card front.

Attach swirl stickers from the Dazzle sheet over the upper right and lower left corners of the matted vellum square as shown. Zot ribbon in place.

Inside the card: Mat green/red holly label on white, leaving a 1/16" border. Mat on red, leaving a 3/8" border, then a thin white border. Mat again on green, leaving a 1/8" border. Glue centered to the inside. Use the transfer sheet to attach "NOEL" to the center of the label. Attach a tiny holly sticker and swirl sticker to ends of the label as shown.
