With the fold at the left side, cover the card front with blue/lavender/white striped paper. Tear the top of a blue stars sheet of paper, from upper left to lower right. Glue over the bottom of the striped card front. Cut a 2 1/8" x 3 3/4" dark blue rectangle, then mat on lavender, leaving a 1/8" border. Mat again on white, leaving a 1/16" border. Attach an angel Dazzle™ with horn to the center of the rectangle. Add a star to the upper right corner. Glue the matted rectangle centered on the card front, 1" from the top.

Attach star border to dark blue paper. Trim edges even with width of border and glue across the card front, even with the top. Cut apart "Joy to All" and add to the center of a 5"x3/4" dark blue strip. Mat strip on white, leaving a thin border. Glue across the card front, even with the bottom. Attach small stars and angel stickers to the ends as shown. Zot a ribbon in place.

Inside the card: Attach "Peace On Earth" to the center of a 2 1/4"x1 5/8" dark blue rectangle. Mat on lavender, then white. Glue a 5"x2 3/4" striped rectangle across the center of the inside. Glue matted rectangle centered over the striped rectangle. Add a small angel and stars as shown.
