Tinted Trees Winter Card
For the card front: Turn the card with the fold on the left. Cut 4¾"x6¼" Winter’s Garden blue snowflakes paper and 1½"x6¼" striped paper. Glue the striped paper to the snowflakes paper, aligning the left edges. Cut a 1/8"x6¼" silver pearl adhesive sheet, remove the backing, and place over the right edge of the striped paper. Glue the papers centered on the card front.
Place the 6" Dazzles™ tree on the craft sheet. Add 3-4 drops of TB5 to one sponge and 3-4 drops of CG4 to another sponge. Dab the sponges over the tree to color it blue in the upper and right branches and green on the remainder. Let dry for a minute, then repeat the inking. Lift the tree off the sheet and place on the front, overlapping the striped paper as shown.
Repeat the inking process on a 1¼" snowflake, two ½" snowflakes, four ¼" snowflakes, and the greeting. Place the ¼" and ½" snowflakes over the front as shown. Trace and cut the banner pattern from Winter’s Garden green dotted paper, then mat on white cardstock with 1/16" borders. Place the greeting on the banner.
Cut the 1¼" snowflake into ¾" and ½" sections. Foam tape the greeting to extend past the lower right edge, placing the cut snowflake sections above and below it as shown. Place dark blue jewel Dazzles™ on the tree, snowflakes, and greeting. Place small silver flower Dazzles™ on the largest jewel Dazzles™.
For the inside: Cut 4¼"x5½" Winter’s Garden blue squares paper and glue centered on the inside. Cut 5"x1 3/8" Winter’s Garden striped paper and glue across the inside, 1" from the bottom. Cut 5"x 1/8" silver pearl sheet and place across the center of the striped paper. Place “Season’s Greetings” Dazzles™ on the blue paper in the upper left corner.
Place the 5¼" Dazzles™ tree and a border on the craft sheet and tint with the re-inkers as before. When dry, place the tree on the inside near the right and top edges. Place the border along the lower edge of the striped paper, trimming off the excess. Place the jewel and flower Dazzles™ on the tree and border as shown.
Place the 6" Dazzles™ tree on the craft sheet. Add 3-4 drops of TB5 to one sponge and 3-4 drops of CG4 to another sponge.
