Birthday Wishes Card
Card Front: Place the card with the fold at the top. Cover the card with yellow paper and trace the Design Tool Kit #3 Victorian Cutaway edge along the bottom of the card. Cut out and ink the edges black. Place red “Birthday Wishes” Dazzles™ across the bottom of the card front.
Glue 5 silver tag shapes evenly spaced and staggered across the card front. Draw wiggly lines and bows on each tag. Place a red cupcake Dazzles™ backed with brown dot paper on one tag, and a blue cake, blue balloons, a hat and a gift backed with red tile paper on the remaining tags. Place small red heart Dazzles™ among the tags.
Cover the card with aqua houndstooth paper across the card. Glue 6 1/2”x1/2” red tile paper across the card, 1/8” from the bottom. Mat 3 1/8”x1” white cardstock with black cardstock, leaving 1/8” border. Glue to the card center. Place red “Celebrate!” Dazzles™ and tiny stars on the rectangle as shown.
