Make A Wish! Card
Card Front: Place the card with the fold on the left and cover with black cardstock. Glue 4 3/4”x6 1/4” Happy Days blue chevron paper to the center. Mat the bottom long edge of 4 3/4”x1 3/4” Happy Days yellow paper and glue to the top of the card.
Trace Design Tool Kit #4 large and small stars on Happy Days red dot and yellow papers. Cut out and mat each star with white cardstock, leaving 1/16” wide border. Layer stars with foam tape and foam tape the large star to the left side of the border as shown. Thread a large yellow button with red twine and tie a bow. Zot™ to the small star.
Place “Make a Wish!” Birthday Greetings Dazzles™ on the right side of the border, mixing colors as shown.
Place black “Celebrate!” Birthday Greetings Dazzles™ at an angle on the card center. Cut a 3 1/4”x 3/4” Happy Days yellow paper, cut a “V” from the left end and ink the edges. Glue even with the right edge, 2” from the card bottom. Place “Let’s Eat” blue Birthday Greetings Dazzles™ and a red star on the yellow banner as shown. Place red “Cake!” and black “Happy Birthday” below it as shown.
Ink the edges of 5/8”x1 1/8” white cardstock and mat with black cardstock leaving 1/8” border. Glue to the left side of the card as shown. Place a black cupcake Birthday Greetings Dazzles™ on the white cardstock with blue Dazzles™ frosting and cut a red flame to place on top of candle.

Layer stars with foam tape and foam tape the large star to the left side of the border as shown. Thread a large yellow button with red twine and tie a bow. Zot™ to the small star.
